When the weather is below 30 degrees, it can be difficult to get up and leave the warmth of your fuzzy blanket, let alone go to the gym. I mean who wants to be doing push-ups, when you could be curled up in bed with hot chocolate and a good book? (Not me, that’s for sure.) The winter months can really kill any motivation I have to go to the gym, especially since I have so much trouble figuring out what to wear. Luckily for me, the CF community members have the best fitness and fashion tips. Keep reading if you’re in need of some ideas for winter workout outfits, or looking to get some major motivation to hit the gym.
Pair a Black Top with Navy Leggings
Hit the gym hard this year with the perfect color combo: black and navy. Some may consider it a fashion faux pas, but that won’t cause you to break a sweat.
Pair a Track Jacket with Matching Leggings
Look fresh in a track jacket and matching leggings. It’ll keep you warm on those long morning winter runs.
Bring the Heat in Head-to-Toe Black
Stretch it out in head-to-toe black. When has an all-black ensemble ever failed us?
Make It Work with a Matching Set
When in doubt, match it out! You can even try coordinating outfits with your gym buddy. You’ll both looking amazing!

Take It to the Next Level in a Track Suit
A track suit will keep you warm in and out of the gym. Sure you’ll feel the burn, but at least you look cute while doing it.
Be Bold in a Bodysuit and Patterned Leggings
If you want to go for a more unconventional look, pair a body suit with patterned leggings. Plus, you don’t have to worry about your top staying in place as you get in those last few reps.
Keep Warm in a Thermal Top and Matching Leggings
Working out in the winter shouldn’t mean you have to deal with being cold. Turn up the heat with a cute thermal top and matching leggings.

Rock Color-Blocked Leggings with a Solid Top
Whether it’s in the gym or out, color-blocking is everyone’s favorite pattern. Pair your favorite color-blocked leggings with a solid top to balance out the look.
Wear a Windbreaker with Black Leggings
Is the winter wind giving you major chill vibes (not the good kind)? No worries, a windbreaker will protect you from that breeze. Then there’s really no excuse to not workout.
Power Through with a Pop of Color
A little pop of color never hurt anyone! Straying from neutral tones and adding some bright hues to your winter workout outfits can make those tough exercises seem a little more bearable.
