WHAT TO WEAR: Weekend Wear

June 23rd, 2016 at 2:00am

Weekends are a time to relax and recollect before returning to the weekly work crunch, but that doesn’t mean you can’t look fabulous while kicking back. It can sometimes be difficult to balance style and comfort; however, this Fashionista perfectly pulled off a posh weekend ensemble. Her look was perfect for a morning out for coffee, an afternoon at the park or a day at the mall.

This Fashionista selected a simple, pale pink T-shirt and paired it with classic blue wash skinny jeans. A good pair of jeans is a must-have for any Fashionista that loves to work the casual look from time to time. As for her shirt, I must say that I love seeing any Fashionista rocking a nice pastel. Pastels are perfect for days out under the sun because they are light but also chic, and can be styled in so many ways. Keeping it simple, she paired her shirt and jeans with white wedge sandals.

While this Fashionista’s outfit is fabulous, her accessories took it to the next level. Her floral printed aviator shades were the perfect addition to this weekend outfit. The print gave the look just a drop of pattern, making it a little daring without straying from its classy, casual style. She added a simple silver bracelet that keeps her wrists from being bare but doesn’t detract from the standout pieces of her outfit. She finished her outfit with a gorgeous statement necklace, adding a little bit of sparkle to tie everything together.

One Simple Change: After a day of coffee or shopping with friends, this look can be transformed into another stylish look for a night of fun at an outdoor concert! Switch out the jeans for light wash shorts. Exchange the statement necklace for a pendant and maybe throw on a few more bracelets. You will be ready for a night out at the local summer concert festival in no time!
