Street-chic is something that all Fashionistas aim for when out and about. No matter what you are doing, it is important to make sure that you look your very best at all times, because you never know when an opportunity may arise or a connection will be made. Looking your best though doesn’t necessarily mean a dress or nice pants and heels, it is just whatever you feel most confident in. Don’t be afraid to wear clothes that express your style and take risks. Allow your wardrobe to speak for you.
In my look above, my best means a cute pair of jeans and an oversized top dressed up with jewelry, a purse, cute boots and maybe a pair of sunglasses. Looks similar to this can be found in Polo Ralph Lauren’s fall 2016 collection. I was able to add my style to this outfit by choosing to wear jeans with a slight tear in them, just at the knees. This allows for an edgier look. I also chose to stay in the black color scheme, keeping everything but my top in a shade of black. This allows the one item that is not in black to pop even more. I chose to accessorize with a black choker and some silver jewelry to accent the silver chain in my purse. This look is basic enough, but allows each Fashionista to be stylish, whether you’re running errands or meeting a friend for a quick bite to eat.
