Greetings Fashionistas/os! Welcome back to another #RAD semester at CollegeFashionista. I am so stoked to be back with this amazing team representing Brenau University again. This semester will be one of my favorites because we’ll have the cozy winter weather, as well as, hints of fresh spring colors—fingers crossed we’ll see tons of Pantone’s serenity and rose quartz.
Last semester at CollegeFashionista was a blast. Whether it was on or off campus, I learned so much about fashion and was able to enhance my photography skills. Brenau’s fashion scene has definitely inspired me to push my boundaries with trends and styles. I love being part of a Women’s College that celebrates diversity and culture in every sense. From traditional hijabs to stylish sweats with heels, Brenau definitely rocks the fashion scene. This will be my last semester at Brenau and I plan to make the most of it! I want to be inspired by everyone I meet on campus, emboldened to push boundaries both on and off the fashion scene. My style inspo this semester will definitely be more rock-chic. Black skinny jeans ripped at the knees, booties and oversized knit sweaters? Yes please!
I can’t wait for this semester at CollegeFashionista! I’m ready to play with the trends of 2016: pleats, ’70s throwbacks, paperbag waists and denim on denim. For now though, I’ll enjoy the oddly warm winter in Georgia and wear a cute patterned dress, some booties and the perfect winter scarf.
So here’s to a new semester! Here’s to the stories we’ll all tell about the chic, edgy and classy clothes we wear.
