STYLE GURU BIO: Graysen Clements

Hello! I’m Graysen and I’m soon to be a graduate of The University of Georgia fashion merchandising program. I have so many things I love but most of all lace and leather boots. My favorite TV show is The Today Show and my favorite food is candy (it’s true). Despite my love for candy I run marathons and enjoy being active. I have a fur baby named Abby, she’s a Coton De Tulear breed, and I treat her as my own human child.

You can think of me as the “Alice in Wonderland” of fashion since most of my closet contradicts itself. I’m a girly girl at heart with a love for edgy style. On this page, you’ll find anything from delicate lace frocks to lace-up leather boots. My contradictory style overflows into my passion for make-up, playing with dark lipsticks and soft rosy cheeks.

I didn’t know fashion was what I wanted to do right out of the gate. Before UGA, I attended Make-Up Designory in New York City to study fashion make-up. At “MUD” I was able to work with professional models, photographers and participated in fashion week. After building my professional portfolio, I found myself longing to be involved in the fashion industry full time so I went to college to get my degree.

Today I’m an intern for Altar’d State, a Christian-based clothing company based out of Knoxville, Tennessee. On this page, I hope to inspire you with my girly-edgy attitude and encourage you to try new things with your style routine.
