Hello all Fashionistas! My name is Cassie Davis, and I am excited to start my second semester with CollegeFashionista. While studying at Loras College, I always encounter people with unique styles, and I am very excited to share them with the world.
I am majoring in Business and International studies and minoring in English. I love writing, reading and shopping, which incorporates my passion for trends. On a small campus of less than 3,000 students, everyone knows everything about everybody. The small groups experience heartbreak and drama. However, with that drama comes individuality of not only backgrounds but fashion. This makes it perfect to find unique Fashionistas.
My closet tells a lot about me, from the little statement pieces, to the casual t-shirts and fancy dresses. I enjoy dressing up, especially for special occasions and going out on the weekends. I also like wearing a comfy oversized sweaters and fleece leggings with UGGs. At night you can usually find me with my hair in a ponytail, a large T-shirt and binge watching Gossip Girl or One Tree Hill. On the weekend, if I am going out with the girls, I dress in black with a pop of color, which is usually pink. This is my closet—blacks, grays, darker blacks and bright pinks. The color pink means a lot to me, since it is the color of a new day, kittens’ noses and puppies’ kisses. It represents the ability to begin again, experience love and friendship. Everyday you expect to see me wearing the color pink, black and something sparkly, along with a smile, because I am truly grateful for the life I live.
I am very friendly and enjoy talking to people about anything they want to share. I love starry nights, fresh Starbucks, shiny diamonds and the idea of happiness. I am ready to begin my internship with CollegeFashionista! Hopefully, I’ll capture the true style of Dubuque and show the world the Fashionistas of the Midwest.
