MBA Partners is a public relations and marketing agency founded by industry veterans Matthew Snyder and Bryn Kenny. MBA specializes in luxury and niche beauty, health and wellness, design. We are seeking a bright, motivated, and self-starting intern with a proven interest in the above categories to support our growing team.
As an MBA intern, you will work closely with the agency founders and gain invaluable exposure to the world of PR and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all product requests via Messenger, UPS and Fedex
- Update the Product Tracker excel sheet to keep track of when packages arrive
- Update all social media accounts
- Organize product inventory in the office
- Organize and update files in office Dropbox
- Create press clippings when a client is featured online or in print
- Assist PR Coordinator in using Photoshop to create e-mail blasts, new product alerts and invitations for events
- Errands, such as picking up magazines or office supplies
Requirements:
- Has a wide range of interests, from fashion to art to pop culture.
- Is motivated, organized, a self-starter, and able to multi-task.
- Is well-versed in all social media platforms. Strong social media presence a plus.
- Is proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, Word and Outlook.
- Is available a minimum of 4 days a week for a minimum three-month commitment.
- Is enrolled as a full-time student and/or able to receive college credit—internship is unpaid.
