There are so many opportunities in the workforce for people with all kinds of talents and skills. This month, we chatted with three rockstars at BANDIER with varying jobs to learn a little more about what makes them tick.
Name: Rachel Balzarini
Position: Style Manager
What does your job entail at BANDIER?: My job is to create incredible editorial imagery for BANDIER across all touch points including social media and e-commerce as well as our online magazine, B Line. BANDIER is known for being a style leader and trendsetter in the fitness-meets-fashion world and for creating inspiring original content which represents the BANDIER lifestyle. Styling looks in the activewear space is fun and varied – each day is different. With an ever changing inventory and a collaborative team dynamic, we constantly dream up new shoot ideas and share inspiration. We shoot new campaigns each week and it’s always exciting to see our vision come to life.
One thing I couldn’t live without is…dancing.
The book I’m reading right now is…World War Z.
The last thing I do before I go to bed is…take a nice relaxing shower. Helps me decompress and prepare for the next day.
Name: Bigi Sann (pronounced “BG”)
Position: Customer Service Associate
What does your job entail at BANDIER?: Making sure clients have the best online shopping experience as possible! Anything from helping them decide between two leggings to tracking their order to assisting with a return.
One thing I couldn’t live without is…juice bars!
The book I’m reading right now is…I recently finished “Girl on the Train,” and I don’t know how I’m going to top that (open to suggestions and yes, I’ve already read Gone Girl).
The last thing I do before I go to bed is…check my phone.
Name: Chase Rosen
Position: Social Media + PR Manager
What does your job entail at BANDIER?: I manage all our social media accounts as well as press activities, events, partnerships and influencer relationships. Every single day is something different so it’s tough to explain exactly what my job entails! It’s such an exciting time for BANDIER and I love being a part of the team!
One thing I couldn’t live without is…printed leggings.
The book I’m reading right now is…Girl On The Train.
The last thing I do before I go to bed is…reflect on the wins and losses of that day in effort to figure out how to make tomorrow better! And a quick 5 minute meditation to unwind and clear my head.
