Rich and bright blues have been one of my favorite accent colors since I was in grade school, and this Fashionista utilizes this stunning color in the perfect way. She starts off with a relatively neutral base: black high-waisted jeans, brown military style boots and an army green cargo jacket with gold hardware detailing. However, the Fashionista mixes up her neutral palette by adding a patterned crop top. The top adds a beautiful pop of color to her look with cerulean blue, rosy pink and forest green hues to tie the look together.
