This position is focused on growing and nurturing our ambassador program, as well as expanding our readership and traffic.
Responsibilities:
The Head of Growth will be responsible for recruiting and contacting women to join our ambassador program, set up their groups and be available to them for questions and updates, consult the editorial team for any site traffic/growth initiatives, and strategize on how to grow The Newsette’s list size.
Requirements:
- Scrappy, enthusiastic, outgoing, organized, people person, hard working, creative
- Thorough knowledge of our newsletters, past articles, and aesthetic
- Team-player and willing to take direction but also offer ideas and suggestions
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (will consider recent college grads on a case by case basis)
- Willingness to attend events or meetings on the behalf of The Newsette
- Disciplined in meeting strict deadlines and be willing to work late or early to do so
- Ability to create and execute growth strategies as well as analyze data to track success
