STYLE GURU STYLE: Meet Me at Coachella

The transition from spring to summer is usually subtle and pretty quick in northeastern Ohio. One moment there is still a slight chill in the air, and the next you’re unpacking all of your summer apparel, wondering if it’s too soon to turn on the air conditioning. The school year starts to wind down, and you start packing up to head on back home. As one season comes to an end, another is just starting to heat up. With the beginning of summer being right around the corner another season is starting as well—festivals.

Weekends one and two of Coachella have already come and gone, giving us our first glimpse into festival fashion. Yet there are so many other music and art festivals all throughout the summer, with everyone pulling out their best bohemian princess look.  Even if you’re not attending Lollapalooza, you want it to seem like you might be. One way to achieve this look is wearing a busy print and adding some statement jewelry.  Something that I always love about festival looks are the simple outfits with the craziest jewelry.

The jumpsuit that I am wearing has a busy floral print throughout with pops of orange on the leg.  I’m also wearing a chain metal necklace that can add an edge to any look. To finished off my outfit, I paired it with another statement piece in my bracelet and a pair of sunglasses. The jumpsuit is the lazy girl’s way into looking chic and effortless. With the accessories that I added, you could either see me making a pit stop at a concert or meeting friends for a quick lunch. This number will transition effortlessly throughout summer achieving multiple looks. Now all you need are your most comfortable pair of sandals and your festival tickets.
