STYLE GURU STYLE: Just Right Joggers

The fall 2015 Just Cavalli collection by Roberto Cavalli was a blend of everything all at once, yet it somehow all came together. I will say, the collection was big on lively patterns, mixed textures and deep, rich colors. This look from the collection captured my attention because of its wearability. Although I don’t own a geometric-patterned jumpsuit, I loved its laid back, street style-inspired personality.

What I appreciated most was that this look is high on the comfort scale, and I’m all about that. I adapted my black joggers as a substitute to the loose-fitting pant of the jumpsuit. I felt that I had to incorporate a pattern in some way, so I chose this tank top with a pattern that appears to be paint-splatters. In order to match the cool, deep tones of the look, I incorporated my deep blue denim jacket and set an overall casual vibe. My accessories are a simple silver rod necklace and a pair of tan flats.

I love the versatility of this look and the Just Cavalli jumpsuit that inspired it. With the addition of a structured leather jacket and a pair of lace-up high heel booties, I’d feel ready for a night out with my girls. Although I didn’t quite appreciate the wispy, greasy bangs on the model, I do think a sort of slicked back bun or ponytail would bump up the sophistication factor.

Get My Look: 1. A pair of geometric patterned joggers. 2. Cute flats (possibly with a pop of color). 3. A nude lipstick.
