Hello there! I’m Lauren and I am a sophomore at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. I am proud to call this my third semester being a part of CollegeFashionista and am beyond excited to start writing about the latest trends. I am also a part of a fashion magazine here at school called Thread Magazine, which I love dearly. I’m also in an honors fraternity, Phi U. I became intrigued by fashion at a young age and have been in love with it ever since, so coming to college I knew that I had to go in the direction of fashion.
At Ohio University I study retail fashion merchandising and product development and marketing. I love my classes and am extremely happy with what I have decided to do with my life. I have learned more things than I knew possible about fashion and I’m happy to continue to learn the art of fashion. My style is a blend of grunge and boho that I have picked up on since I’ve been away at school. As you can see I am wearing an open jean shirt with a graphic tee underneath along with plain black leggings and Adidas tennis shoes. I am very casual but I am happy to dress up for interviews and weekends. I love to share my style with people and cannot wait to start sharing it with the world. Within these next couple of months, I hope to not only to expand my knowledge of fashion but help others learn new things as well. I am ready to embark on this adventure again and deepen my knowledge of the fast booming fashion world.
