Style Advice of the Week

Winter break is at our doorstep. College graduates are coming home for the holidays to spend time with family and relax from their stressful semesters. Though we are home and being exceptionally lazy, Fashionistas are still looking for outfits to show off their impeccable style.

There is nothing I love more than an oversized sweater and leggings. Nothing suits a girl better than looking relaxed and cozy during the winter months. This ensemble is suitable for lazy Sunday mornings or even those secret Santa parties you will be attending with your friends. A sweater dress is the perfect option to look festive while still looking chic. Belt this look for an extra flare to flatter your figure.

There is no crime in overloading with knits. Cozy cashmere tights and scarves that resemble blankets are great accessories. Colorful patterned tights are fun and highlight the holiday spirit. I personally like my scarves to be easily mistaken for large blankets when December rolls around. Wrapping yourself in something glorious will leave you feeling elegant but also luxuriously warm. Under a peacoat and paired with some booties, these accessories are stand out items.

As a December graduate, this is my final post. I must say I have greatly enjoyed this experience. I have met some amazing Fashionistas/os who have inspired my own wardrobe as I hope they have inspired each of yours!
