They value customer service before all else, and believe their tribe is a family who’s back they have no matter what.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill and process orders with impeccable attention to detail and care
- Work with customer service to communicate order changes
- Ensure order accuracy
- Take accurate inventory counts
- Â Receive incoming deliveries
- Organize and maintain organization of new inventory on shelves and racks
- Identify any missing or damaged items
- Prepare customer orders for shipping
- Work with customer service to communicate order changes
- Schedule pick up and drops off with carriers
- Package returns
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly working area
Requirements:
- Available five days per week
- Located in Los Angeles area
- Organized and analytical
- Detail oriented
- Creative problem solver
- Ensure deadlines are always a must
- Thrive in fast past environments
- Willing and able to work all shits (including overtime).
- High school diploma or equivalent
