Well Rounded is looking for a dedicated, energetic and creative social media intern to help manage and grow Well Rounded on all social channels @wellroundedny. Intern will also assist with editorial and events. Well Rounded covers all things modern, stylish and city-savvy relating to parenting and pregnancy, including fashion, beauty, wellness, food, travel and gear.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting and expand social media presence on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest & Twitter
- Identify and advise on social media trends within the industry
- Learn how to shape our social media language to be in line with our brand
- Help manage scheduled posts for daily content across all social media platforms
- Understand how to measure the impact of social media efforts through monitoring tools
- Assist with Well Rounded shoots and events
- Represent Well Rounded at industry events or shows
- Help with general office tasks and operations
Requirements:
- Creative and motivated
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once and to prioritize
- Passionate about all things social media
- Must be familiar with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Social media experience a plus
- Punctual, responsible and reliable
Commitment:
- 10-15 hours per week
- Unpaid internship
