I will admit I become extra lazy every time I have an early class or a late night of studying. When this happens, my beauty routine becomes nonexistent and my fashion sense basically disappears. I throw my hair up in a messy bun, throw on my favorite sweats, and call it a day. Lately, I’ve been feeling like I need to switch up my style. A dress up day is just what I needed!
I decided to make my meetings and classes for the day an event. I put myself together with some cute booties, ripped jeans, and a fluffy vest. I kept my hair, makeup, and jewelry pretty simple so I didn’t go overboard with this look. I just wore my two favorite pieces of jewelry: my rose gold ring and nameplate necklace. I love how this outfit turned out. This look is the perfect mix of casual, dressy, and fun for the beginning of spring!
My confidence skyrockets when I wear heels. I love how it elongates my legs, gives me a boost in height, and dresses up my outfit perfectly. The Vince Camuto booties I am wearing are my new favorites. I’m also a sucker for a good vest. This faux fur vest keeps me warm but lets me breathe as the weather changes during the spring season. This outfit was so fun to wear and got me tons of compliments. The world looks a bit brighter when you look great and feel good about yourself. I encourage everyone to try a dress up day before the end of the semester!
