Why You Can (And Should) Still Wear White After Labor Day

Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer. So that means so long beach season, barbecues and, in the fashion world, white. Right? While, sure, your time to catch some waves may be dwindling, we don’t suggest stashing your favorite white pieces just yet—or ever.

Once reserved strictly for the three months between Memorial Day and Labor Day, in recent years white has become a seasonless color. A crisp button-down in fall; a chunky ivory knit come winter; white pants, well, always. When it comes to fashion, break the rules and rock your favorite white pieces 365 days a year!

So while we celebrate and say “so long” to some of our favorite summer activities, don’t part with your summer wardrobe. Check out how our Style Gurus are wearing white to inspire your light-colored fall outfit choices!
