WHAT TO WEAR: Workout

Fall semester has finally begun and believe me, the first few weeks are by far the most overwhelming. Getting back into the swing of things can definitely take some adjustment and can be quite stressful. From turning the switch in your brain back on, to buying the perfect agenda and textbooks and getting organized, it can be hard to find some time for yourself.

While walking on campus, I ran into this Fashionista who was doing just that, finding time for herself. This yogi was taking time out of her hectic day to relax and decompress with a solo yoga session. Not to mention her boho-inspired yoga attire was just so fabulous that I just couldn’t pass up a photo-op. Her yoga attire was simple, functional and had boho written all over it.

Since it only makes sense to wear yoga pants while practicing yoga, this Fashionista put on her favorite Nike leggings. She paired a classic black sports bra with her boho inspired crop top, since wearing a loose T-shirt could possibly get in the way. Wrapping an ombré colored cardigan around her waist added a pop of color and warmth in case it got chilly out. Adding her own boho flare, she wore her Lokai Bracelets as well as her favorite mood ring. To top it off she had a water bottle and yoga mat, which are both automatic yoga essentials. I personally loved that she showed off her Aries zodiac sign tattoo on her neck. Aries tend to buildup inside while appearing to be positive. Therefore, practicing yoga can really radiate overall positivity to oneself.

Whether you are working out at the gym or on campus practicing yoga, always remember to be comfortable. Don’t be afraid to stand out and show off your personal workout style.

One Simple Change: Heading out to class after your workout? No worries. Switch out the crop top for a basic V-neck T-shirt, the yoga mat for your book bag and grab a coffee to perk you up.
