What to Wear

Working out is such a refreshing way to start off, or end your day on a good note. It makes you not only feel fresh, but rejuvenated. Exercising is not solely to feel good. It also plays it’s role as my number one stress reliever whenever school gets a little hectic. I’ll just grab my headphones, my water bottle and running shoes and head out the door to get some fresh air. A long run on one of our beautiful running trails in town, or simple yoga in my room always calms my nerves and makes me feel healthy inside and out.

If you’re planning to work out or already have started to, don’t sweat it. You never have to sacrifice fashion to feel good and look great. Little things like layering and pops of color can be your ultimate best friends during your exercise.

It’s all about a sporty spring this year. This Fashionista’s minimalistic yet up-to-the-minute work out style is something that’s not only inspiring for working out, but also inspiring towards an everyday look. Her Nike tank allows everything else on her outfit do the talking, but is not completely washed out with a cobalt blue logo across the front. Her black tights and gray sweater are faultless basics that balance everything out. A pop of color is brought out of her ensemble with her adorable indigo colored Nike shoes and hot pink Victoria’s Secret bag.

One Simple Change: After your work out, keep those Nikes on your feet! Style your cute running shoes with some leggings and a graphic T-shirt ideal for studying post-work out.
