Thanksgiving means turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and of course, my favorite pumpkin pie! It has become a holiday not only about giving thanks, but also centered around the infamous Thanksgiving dinner. With all of this delicious food constantly tempting us, it is probably a good idea to get a jump on the upcoming holiday season and start working out now. Just because sweating is involved does not mean we can’t look cute while doing it. There are plenty of options out there for all Fashionistas/os to choose from.

I spotted this Fashionista on her way from class to the campus gym. I admired the effort she put into her outfit instead of just throwing on the nearest old T-shirt and athletic shorts. No Fashionista can go wrong with a classic pair of black, cropped yoga pants. If you want to spice it up a little, you can choose a pair with a colorful band around the top. There are so many different patterns and textures available.

With it being wintertime, it is a good idea to add a fleece pullover on top of your tank top or shirt. I love the quarter-zip on this one, instead on the traditional full-zip.The bright color blocking on the shoulders adds a great touch to the outfit. Light teal is one of my favorite colors to incorporate into an outfit.

This Fashionista chose to pair of gray Nike sneakers with royal blue laces. When it comes to sneakers there are various choices available from different brands to a variety of colors. I love having different options available to me in order to complement any of my outfits. I love the way the blue in her laces contrasts against the brighter blue in her pullover.

One Simple Change: For a sporting event you can simply swap out the pullover for one of your college sweatshirt and add a brightly colored scarf.
