WHAT TO WEAR: Weekend Wear

What Fashionista doesn’t love the weekends? When class isn’t in session, what more could we possibly ask for than to go shopping with some of our best friends? Saturdays are meant for meeting up with the girls to hit the mall and drop some serious cash on the latest shipments in at Bloomingdale’s.

This Fashionista knows how to dress for the occasion: comfy, yet stylish! This army green Piko top is the definition of comfort. The thin material makes it great to wear in any weather, and not to mention how soft it is. The deep army green color goes great with almost any color and is so versatile—you can dress it up with a statement necklace or simply wear it alone to dress it down. Paired with dark wash jeans this look is more on the casual side. These jeans are perfect because they are super comfy and can be worn with anything!

The saying, “If the shoe fits, buy it in every pair” is very real, especially when it comes to these fringe booties. Booties have been the hot new item this fall and this Fashionista is loving every second of it. Not to mention, these particular pair are so comfortable! Booties can be worn in warmer weather or cold weather, which is perfect for those of us who live in Florida where the temperature is 80 degrees one day and 50 degrees the next day.

Oversized floppy hats are the perfect accessory, especially if you’d like to avoid being noticed by anyone you know, and may or may not like, so you don’t have to engage in awkward small talk.

One Simple Change: Simply change this outfit into a more fall appropriate look by switching out your booties for a pair of knee-high boots. That way, you don’t have to worry about breaking your ankle if you’re as uncoordinated as I am in heels.
