There are a lot of things summertime has to offer including time to spend with friends, beach trips or catching up on a good read. One of my favorite things that I associate with summer has to be traveling. This week I take you guys away from Tallahassee and bring you to the beautiful little town of Asheville, North Carolina where I will be on vacation with my family. We spent the day walking around town, checking out the local breweries and of course the unique fashions found in this artsy town.
This Fashionista is ready for walking the town and exploring all the different shops and sights Asheville has to offer. Although her dress gives off a structured feel, this dress is the complete opposite with its light weight cotton fabric perfect for traveling. Her flowy, patterned cotton dress is ideal for walking the town on a hot day while staying comfortable yet fashionable. She paired her dress with a striped fedora and round shades giving her that cool and effortless feel to her look.
To get this Fashionista’s traveling look try this Baroque skater dress by TOBI. Both are similar in fit and fabric so you are sure to be comfortable for exploring during your travels. If you are anything like me, I struggle to find hats that I think work with my face shape. I like to consider the fedora a great beginner’s hat because it is perfect for those bad hair days, it is a flattering size for anyone and it is easiest to accessorize with. Try out this woven straw fedora by ALDO for that perfect summertime accessory.
One Simple Change: This Fashionista went for a casual look, but this dress could be styled for a dressier occasion. This dress style could easily be adjusted for a graduation if you pair it with a thin black belt and some flats.
