WHAT TO WEAR: Study Group

What to Wear

Spring break is here for those of us at the University of Alabama, and I think I speak for all of us when I say “Roll Tide to that.”

However, looming in the near future are the inevitable last tests and projects before finals. That means an increase of people at the library, a decrease of sleep and an all time high of sales at the campus Starbucks. When it comes to studying for upcoming tests, many people find it very helpful to study in groups, but that can be a little less appealing when you realize that means you actually have to change out of your pajamas and leave your apartment or dorm (depending on how comfortable you are with the people you study with, anyway). Have no fear. There are plenty of comfortable and lazy outfits that will make you look like you tried while also being almost as comfortable as sweats.

This Fashionista’s outfit is perfectly comfortable for a study group. She wears a tank top with a pretty pattern and pairs it with dark-wash skinny jeans. Her real comfort piece though is her oversized plaid shirt. The shirt looks warm enough for a cold library and comfortable enough for any type of studying. For shoes she wears a pair of comfortable boots that can be easily removed if you want some extra comfort.

One Simple Change: A white tank top and jeans can make a very versatile outfit. For an edgier look for a date night, switch out the boots for heels and switch out the plaid shirt for a leather jacket.
