WHAT TO WEAR: Set for Spring

Spring break might have already happened, but there’s no better way to show off the tan that you got than with an off-the-shoulder top. With summer so close you can taste it, one survival tactic is to dress like you’re on vacation and fake it until you get through finals. The sunny weather, cloudless sky, and cool spring breeze most definitely help.

This Fashionista is undoubtedly set for spring in her two piece outfit, headed to the Gainesville Farmers Market on a Wednesday afternoon. Spring is most definitely upon us here, and the weather is perfect for flowy pants and off the shoulder tops with a simple pair of sandals. I personally loved how casual and simple this look really was, and she easily dressed it up by running a wand through her hair, some blush, and a glossy lip. It’s so simple, yet so effective. Natural makeup for the win!

If you’re headed to the local farmers market and need some outfit inspo so you can take a trendy picture with your acai bowl, I’ve got you covered. All you need to replicate this look is a flowy pair of pants or skirt and an off-the-shoulder top. If you can a pair that match then that’s even better. Spring fashion is perfect for playing with patterns and getting floral as the flowers blossom outside. A gold pair of bangles go perfectly with this boho outfit, keeping it minimalistic in the best way.  Finish it off with your favorite pair of sandals and you’re set for brunch and mimosas with your girls, a day at the market, or a walk around campus in the spring weather.

Like I said before, dressing like you’re still on spring break, or summer vacation can help beat the end of the semester blues. Don’t let the imminence of finals or post-break depression keep you from enjoying your spring, and remember to stop and smell the flowers!
