Who even knows what is happening with this Texas weather? Someone please explain to me how I was wearing my new cute sandals and enjoying the sun two days ago, and now I am wearing a coat and rain boots. I really feel like I never know how to properly dress in Texas due to the ongoing temperature change. However, I do enjoy a cloudy and gloomy day whenever I see someone that is dressed with the appropriate attire.
I always check the weather online, but its not always accurate, so all I can do is guess and hope for the best. Whenever the day is gloomy and gray it is always refreshing to see someone in a bright color and not in black. Today’s Fashionisto was rocking the urban lumberjack look. With a bright, red flannel shirt, denim and casual boots that are perfect to walk on the hills that our school is built on, especially on wet pavements.
This is a very easy and casual look to recreate for anyone, not just guys. The check flannel shirt can be found anywhere. This one from River Island is a must-have! Pair it with Timberlands and add a tougher look to your outfit. This Fashionisto tied his whole outfit together with a gray beanie that strategically kept his hair dry from the rain.
One Simple Change: Knowing how unpredictable the Texas weather is, a pair of classic Ray-Bans will complete this outfit if the sun suddenly decides to come out.
