WHAT TO WEAR: First Snow Fall

At Penn State it has been unusually warm for winter, but now (finally) in mid December we had our first real snow fall! The only problem with the snow is finding an outfit to wear that will keep you warm and still have some style. This Fashionista does a great job of highlighting her look with an awesome color palette and some perfect accessories for the snow.

To start off, lets look at what this Fashionista wears to battle the cold. She is bundled up in her winter accessories. Her beanie with a fur pom pom at the end is a very popular winter trend and she matches it with an Acne Studio wool scarf. Her coat is a blended blue and white gray to match her accessories. Searching for some new pieces to add to your closet this winter? Well go ahead and grab any of those three pieces and you’ll be set for the frigid air.

Under her bundled layer she has on a business casual look. Her shirt peeping through is a Marni graphic button-up, adding a touch more of color to the look. She pairs her button-up with a pair of trousers from Zara. Her trousers have a frilled flare bottom which gives the black trousers a different detail. For shoes she is rocking some Prada platform oxfords. Finally she finishes off her look with a Stella McCartney tote in pink to add one final pop of color! This Fashionista does a rad job of layering up a look for the first snow.
