There is something about the fall that makes gray a primary color. I am not sure if it’s because of those cold cloudy days, or if I am just always in the mood to wear a cozy groutfit (“gray outfit”). But I have seen so many people wearing gray recently and this Fashionista is no exception.
Whether your school is in the Big Apple or a small town in Idaho, this outfit can transcend a message. This is such a simple chic look that really is perfect for this time of year. There is nothing more comfortable then an oversized shirtdress. What I love most about this look is that it is so simple, but with a few accessories you can completely change the look around to fit a different occasion. The jacket is a must-have because of the fabric and look it gives to the ensemble. It says, “I am very stylish, but I’ll also keep you warm when it is cold outside.” Now, I know coats don’t talk, but to a Fashionista like this it certainly does. Add pair of little black booties to this and you are ready for the day.
Like I said before, there is nothing more comfortable then an oversized shirtdress. If you don’t have one, you should definitely invest in one. A modern day trench coat is another thing every girl and guy should have in his/her closet as well. You never know when you might need a good jacket. Lastly, you can never go wrong with a classic black ankle boot. They are the perfect fall shoe.
