WHAT TO WEAR: Fall

Well, it’s that time of year again when every school morning seems to go the same: the alarm clock goes off sooner than expected, a groan escapes your mouth and then you decide to roll out of bed. All of a sudden, in the matter of seconds, the floor looks like a tornado hit and it’s covered in clothes because the hardest part of going to class (besides waking up) is picking out an outfit.

It’s a new year, so it’s time to impress friends and even those crushes. This is a perfect outfit for those in-between seasons; mornings are known to be a little brisk and cool, then it gradually warms up throughout the day. With the mixture of a sweater and a pair of shorts, you are kept comfortable through the variations of weather. The sweater pictured is a great fall color and it’s just enough so that you don’t get cold. This style is casual and not overly dressy. This is also an extremely versatile outfit. The shoes are easily interchangeable and one could wear anything from sandals to Converse.

Jewelry is a great way to spice up any outfit and add some pizazz. Don’t be afraid to make a statement with statement necklaces, earrings or rings!

One Simple Change: Parent’s Weekend is right around the corner and this is outfit is great for the occasion! Take off the jewelry and swap the shoes out with Vans or Converse for a more comfortable look.
