WHAT TO WEAR: Errands

You’ve got a to-do list a mile long, and you know that you should probably look cute on your errand run because you’ll probably see everyone you know (and their brother). Take off the sweatpants; doing errands doesn’t have to be a chore and neither does looking fashionable! Errands can be a giant pain, so if putting on an adorable pair of Converse All-Stars and a great top makes you feel good, put them on. When you look good, you feel good, and picking up groceries will be much more fun if you’re doing it in style.

I caught this Fashionista just as she was about to do some weekly shopping and noticed that she was looking very put together. The gold, Urban Outfitters tank top pairs perfectly with the camo jacket, which gives the look an edgy feel. The white Converse All-Stars are sensible and stylish; this Fashionista’s feet won’t hurt after she’s been roaming the aisles and walking from place to place all day. The light wash jeans are perfect for a summer daytime look and the faded color is very slimming. The distressed denim also adds spunk to the outfit. The brown cross-body bag is a great investment because it goes with everything and is the perfect size to fit anything you need.

My favorite part of this Fashionista’s ensemble are the accessories. The gold “luck” necklace hangs perfectly and adds a finishing touch to the gold tank. The gold Alex and Ani bracelet complements the gold chain and ties everything together. This Fashionista definitely knows how to run errands in style. The next time you think it’s too much work to put on anything but sweatpants, channel this gorgeous Fashionista for inspiration.

One Simple Change: So, you finished running errands and now you’re ready to hit the library? All you have to do is make one simple swap: take off the jeans that might make you uncomfortable and throw on a pair of black lululemon leggings. You’ll be much more comfortable for your date with the books.
