WHAT TO WEAR: Day To Night

As the end of the semester starts to wind down, you might notice your schedule is getting busier and busier. Between final projects, papers and studying for finals, you might find yourself realizing that you only have a few days left to go out for the semester before everyone goes home.

This Fashionista has captured a casual look that can easily be transitioned in to a nighttime outfit. It is perfect for the day and going to classes. It is so hot walking across campus, so something light and comfortable is ideal. This Fashionista is wearing a simple white tank top with a lacy bralette underneath. The white tank top has a high neckline and thin straps making it a little different. The bralette is a good change up from a bra during the summer, with a little more room to breath. Plus, they come in so many different styles. On the bottom, this Fashionista has a pair of black distressed jean shorts. Black is a good switch from the usual denim because they are simple and can be worn with many other options.

As for accessories, this Fashionista is layering necklaces. The necklaces work great with her high neckline, making them really stand out. The necklaces are a mixture of gold and silver, and she has even added a necklace with a stone on it with a little bit of color. For classes, she has a simple black tote to carry her laptop and books. On her feet, she wears a unique pair of suede sandals, which contribute to the rocker vibe she has going on. And don’t forget to freshen up your toes with bright nail polish.

One Simple Change: To change this outfit from classes to going out at night, lose the tote bag for a cross-body bag, and switch out the sandals for a pair of strappy wedges.
