One of the best outfits to wear at college is one that requires very little effort to change after you’re done with class and heading out to a party. The day to night look can consist of many things, including jewelry that spices up an outfit, but is still is tame enough for class. Graphic T-shirts or tank tops can also be dressed up for an outfit. Even adding some sparkle to your makeup can do the trick.
This Fashionista was heading into town when I came across her. After finishing her last class for the semester she was ready to go out and have fun. What I loved about this look was how she took a few low-key pieces and added her own flair to make it transition from day to night. Her adorable head chain was what really made the outfit ready for going out. The high-waisted dark wash jean shorts are very trendy at the moment, and are very perfect in this weather. Another very current piece she was wearing was the kimono. I recently bought one and think they are definitely something every Fashionista should own. They are such a great finishing touch for any outfit.
The school year is finally coming to an end, and we are all getting ready to enjoy our three months of freedom. This look is cute for day and night, whether it’s to the beach and then a date, or a trip to see your family and then out for a night in town with your friends.
One Simple Change: To make this look dressier for going out at night, all you would need to do is switch out the black Converse for a pair of chic nude heels!
