WHAT TO WEAR: Concert

Winter is the trickiest season when picking out an outfit for a concert. You don’t want to be bundled up so you are sweating in the crowd but you also don’t want to be freezing when you’re standing in line to see your favorite band. I like to pick out an outfit at least three days before the concert with careful consideration. I usually go for a grungy look: platform black ankle boots, a band T-shirt, choker, and black leggings.

This Fashionista nailed the concert look with a Yeezy season jacket and slimming over-the-knee boots.  She is prepared to stand in line with her fashionable jacket which can then be tied around her waist when she is waiting for the live performance, making this Fashionista’s outfit very transformational if needed.  Her unique, open toe over-the-knee boots add an edgy look to her outfit and help this concert look come together as one ensemble. Under her jacket, she is wearing a knit lace-up top which is risky but keeps her comfortable as she stands in the crowd for a couple hours. To top off her look and to keep her concert essentials safe, she is wearing a Fjallraven Kanken Mini Backpack.  This backpack is simple, stylish, and comfortable to wear for a long period of time. Backpacks are perfect for concert attire because they are very versatile in terms of their handles and can be carried on the shoulder, in the hand, or on this Fashionista’s back. The neutral colors of the different components of this outfit make it perfect for any season.

Whether you are going to see Sublime or Kanye West, a concert look is something that needs to be full of thought; many elements have to be taken into consideration. This Fashionista is ready for a night full of fun with her closest friends with a super cute outfit.
