WHAT TO WEAR: Cold Weather

What to Wear

Spring break and summer vacation may be coming up in the near future, but we have to fight through the cold weather first. Just because it’s cold outside does not mean that you have to dress frumpy to stay warm under all those layers. You can still be stylish, much like this Fashionisto, and put on a cute, but warm, outfit on your way to class, even if it feels like Antarctica outside.

Keep it simple and classy with that ever so popular peacoat. It’s a quick way to take your outfit from casual to chic in a matter of seconds. Plus, they come in about every color and print out there to fit your own personal style. The highlights of this Fashionisto’s outfit, however, are the newsboy hat and the pop of color from the scarf. Cold weather is a perfect excuse for Fashionistas and Fashionistos to take cute hats and head wraps out of their closets and incorporate them into their cold weather outfits. After all, we cover up our bodies to stay warm, so why leave out our heads? A chic newsboy cap as well as a brightly colored scarf tie this outfit together and set him apart from other people donning peacoats and jeans. Finish off the outfit with some cozy moccasins and he’s prepared for those chilly days.

One Simple Change: If peacoats are a little too common for you, trade it out for a leather jacket. This particular jacket is lined on the inside to keep the heat in while looking extra cool on the outside. Definitely a plus to look suave, Fashionistos!
