Now that December has begun, cold weather is in store for the next three months. Whether you are going out for the day, night or simply going to class, make sure you dress for the cold weather with style.
This Fashionista is wearing the perfect outfit for battling the cold weather. When dressing for cold weather, it is essential to have one fashionable jacket that can still keep you warm. This Fashionista is wearing a navy blue quilted jacket from Old Navy. This jacket is perfect for wearing on top of a sweater during those chilly days. This Fashionista is wearing a white striped sweater underneath her jacket. It is a good idea to have a wide range of sweaters during time of year. Whether they are cardigans, turtleneck or simple quilted sweaters, they are perfect for keeping you warm and in style during the cold weather.
To keep it casual, this Fashionista is wearing a pair of inexpensive light wash jeggings from American Eagle. Jeggings are the perfect comfortable alternative to jeans and the best part is: no one will ever know that they aren’t actual denim! Having a few pairs of skinny jeggings is a good idea for this time of year since they can easily tuck into your favorite pair of boots. This Fashionista’s favorite pair of boots are her taupe Steve Madden combat boots. Combat boots come in many different colors and are fun to style up with a pair of high socks, just as this Fashionista did.
The best part about dressing for cold weather is the accessories that go with it. This Fashionista is rocking her Urban Outfitters eternity scarf. Eternity scarves can be found in many women’s clothing stores and a perfect accessory for the cold weather. It is a good idea to have a neutral color eternity scarf during this time of year because they go great with any sweater or jacket you choose to wear during these cold months. Finally, this Fashionista is wearing a faux fur headband. Having a something to cover your ears during cold weather is essential as well. Cold weather accessories open up many options for Fashionistas, whether it be a fur scarf, warm gloves or a hat, be unique when accessorizing for the cold weather.
When bundling up for the cold weather this winter, make sure you do it in style!
One Simple Change: By wearing a pair of high-heeled boots instead of combat boots, this outfit would be perfect for a winter night out.
