As syllabus week is long behind us, we are at last in the full swing of the semester. It means that our schedules are packed to the brim with running from the classroom to an internship or to work. With all students have going on, it’s easy to throw fashion onto the backburner and instead wear whatever you can find to throw on in the morning.
What caught my eye with this Fashionista is that although she is extremely busy with all of her responsibilities, she still manages to look fabulous. She’s wearing a black and white polka dotted shirt with a purple cardigan draped over it. Cardigans are a great piece to have on hand for when classrooms get a bit cold. Dark blue skinny jeans not only add a classy touch, but manage to accentuate the outfit. For shoes, she’s wearing a gray heel, which ties the outfit together perfectly.
For accessories, she’s wearing a pair of sunglasses that add a touch of sophistication to the entire look. She’s wearing a silver watch, which adds a bit of function to her outfit, as well. A watch, in my opinion, is a must-have for college students; sometimes a cell phone won’t be always be available for students to use, especially since professors aren’t always too keen on using phones in class.
One Simple Change: Have a date after class? Well, this look can easily transition. Add a fun flirty skirt and a pair of black flats, and you’ll be good to go.
