WHAT TO WEAR: Class

The dreaded sound of your alarm goes off and it’s time for your first class of the day. The bitter winter weather outside does not make getting out of bed any easier. Although, just because it’s early in the day and the temperature is low, doesn’t mean you can’t dress to impress. Clothing can be fashionable and warm; you just have to know what to wear and what to pair it with. It doesn’t take much time to put together a nice outfit that’ll have all your classmates checking you out!

This Fashionisto is all about the layers, which is a smart move for the wintery months. What really stuck out to me about this stylish student was his navy blue peacoat. I absolutely adore boys wearing peacoats; I think it makes them look put-together and very sophisticated. Under his peacoat, this Fashionisto layers not once but twice, starting with a blue collared shirt and a red buttoned sweater over that. Again, the coat ties these different colors together very nicely and completes the look as a whole.

For pants, the Fashionisto went with a classic pair of khakis. I think wearing khakis is an easy way to look nice without putting in too much effort. I loved his unique Timberland boots with the red rims that complemented his red sweater very well. When he arrives in class, this Fashionisto will be warm, comfortable and, of course, fashionable.

One Simple Change: If the temperature drops even more, try adding on a plaid scarf. Not only will it keep you warm, but it also adds a cool patterned look to the outfit.
