WHAT TO WEAR: Class

Class is back in session and fall is right around the corner, now if only the weather would drop about 20 degrees. The early weeks of September can be the hardest to dress for. With the promise of breezy fall days ahead, all most of us can think about are pumpkin spice lattes, cable knit sweaters and corn mazes, but when it’s still 80 degrees everyday, it kind of puts a damper on the festivities. Sadly, all that we can do is wait, and find ways to transition our summer pieces into early fall outfits.

This Fashionista styled the perfect outfit for a long, busy day of classes during the final weeks of this hot summer. The simple and super stylish overalls pair effortlessly with her chic crop top. The lace bralette adds a delicate and feminine vibe to the look. To top off the look, she threw on an adorable, trendy backpack and a comfortable pair of Birkenstocks.

The Fashionista’s look features so many timeless and versatile pieces, which makes transitioning into fall a piece of cake! Adding a cute jacket, or switching out the crop top for a knit sweater will be perfect for staying warm on the chilly fall days, while staying comfortable all day. For the brave Fashionista, adding a pair of patterned trouser socks to the look wouldn’t be out of the question, but for most this is considered a fashion faux pas. A pair of fall booties are a great alternative for the colder weather.

With a comfortable, on trend outfit, you can feel confident all day on campus.
