WHAT TO WEAR: Class

Jumpsuits are having a moment right now and I could not be any happier about it. Jumpsuits are the perfect spring wardrobe go-to for those days when it’s slightly too chilly for your favorite sundress but slightly too warm for your favorite pair of jeans. When I spotted this Fashionista on campus in a stylish gray jumpsuit, I immediately fell in love with her outfit and knew I had to snap a few photos to share with my CollegeFashionista readers.

This Fashionista played around with neutrals by layering an army green jacket over her gray jumpsuit and styling a pair of brown fringe booties with the look. Her combination of neutral colors creates a very laid back mood without being too casual—the ideal look for class. The interesting silhouette of the jumpsuit, the military-inspired details of the jacket and the fresh fringe detailing on her heeled booties keep the neutral colors from feeling blah.

She stepped her look up even more by donning a trendy pair of reflective sunglasses and bohemian beaded bracelets. If there’s one thing that this outfit proves, it’s that neutrals can be anything but boring.

Besides adding style to this look, this jacket makes the perfect layering piece for class. You never know what the temperature of your classroom is really going to be like so by layering a jacket like this one over your outfit, you’ll be prepared if your classroom is chillier than usual. Or if your classroom is warmer than usual, take off your jacket. Either way, you’re prepared!

One Simple Change: Finished class for the day and going out for dinner and drinks with your girls? Make this outfit worthy of a night out with your girls by ditching the jacket and sunglasses. Instead, slip on a major statement necklace and bold shade of lipstick.
