WHAT TO WEAR: Class

Winter is in full swing and this Fashionista wants to stay warm, but stylish as well. The snow has created mounds and the scenery of the fresh snow on the mountains is breathtaking. As the air turns crisper the style is beginning to change. As college students we tend to forget how to put outfits together when going to class. Trust me I love a pair of Victoria’s Secret pants and sweatshirt as much as the next person, but sometimes looking cute and being comfy is not very time consuming. This Fashionista found a great way to create an eye-catching outfit, but still keeping it casual when planning an outfit for class.

Oversized knit sweaters have become very popular in this chilly weather and this Fashionista found a great way to accessorize hers with an indie statement necklace from Urban Outfitters. Adding a statement piece to a casual outfit can always add some flare to it without taking up too much time when you are running late to class. She paired her creme colored knit sweater with medium wash jeans from Forever 21 that she chose to cuff. She polished off her outfit with some DSW black booties and a black floppy-brimmed wool hat from Forever 21. Adding a floppy hat always seems to tie an outfit together. She kept her makeup very simple but added a plum lip to match the color in her statement piece. She is ready to take on her day in style!

One Simple Change: It is your last class for the week and you are ready to go out, but it is winter! Swap the medium wash jeans with some skinny black jeans and your outfit become night appropriate. You can know go out and stay warm but most importantly stylish!
