WHAT TO WEAR: Celebration

The spring 2015 semester is coming to a close, finals are in session and graduation is coming up! Where has the time gone? Time to say farewell to your college years and start the next chapter of your lives. With finals ending, summer starting and graduation in session, there’s so much to celebrate. Going out with your friends and looking your best under the circumstances that these are some of your last nights with your “people” for a while is important.

I stumbled upon this Fashionista as she was on her way out to meet some friends for dinner and drinks. This Fashionista exhibits the perfect celebratory look. It expresses her feminine side with a colorful, floral skirt. Floral is one of spring’s most popular demands, no matter which article of clothing the pattern is on. Although she paired the skirt with a simple satin tank, the cuteness is hidden within. Underneath the top she wore a navy blue lace bralette. Bralettes are trending because of the lacy, feminine flare they posses. Some choose to wear them as crop tops others just as undergarments.

Her nude heels also add to the girly but dressier look. When choosing heels, most are drawn to the color nude because it elongates women’s legs which results in looking taller and leaner.

My favorite part about this overall look is the pop of color on her lips. It really draws you into her beautiful face. Many women are afraid to try bold and bright colors when it comes to their lips, but it certainly can give you that Kylie Jenner appeal. Even if you don’t have the fullest lips, a lip stain or lipstick can really make a difference. In addition, it incorporates elegance and maturity to your overall look.

Now, when you’re getting ready to head out on your last few outings with friends this semester, consider these tips from this Fashionista’s look; you are sure to turn some heads. Mix up your style when following the footsteps of this Fashionista. Make sure you take a lot of photos with friends because your look will make history in style. Cheers to the best time of your lives and the start of new beginnings!

One Simple Change: If your outing is more of a casual weekend with the parents, then swap out that huge bag for a smaller, cross-body purse.
