WHAT TO WEAR: Casual for Class

As the quarter progresses, the stress of midterms hit and sometimes putting together a cute outfit is the last thing on our minds. Since it’s February, the weather isn’t quite warm yet and long sleeves and pants are our best bet to keeping warm. But just because we might not be wearing dresses and skirts to class doesn’t mean we can’t look cute and stylish! This Fashionista shows us how to keep the look casual while looking super cute, the perfect combo for a long day of hitting the books.

This Fashionista chose the perfect subdued colored top that is a cross between a long-sleeved shirt and a sweater. The unconventional cross between a long-sleeved shirt and sweater, along with its girly V-neck and neutral green color make this top not only comfy but stylish too. You can find a similar cut and style of shirt sweater here. She chose to pair her top with cropped, dark denim jeans, much like the ones on this link. The cropped look with the strips of denim hanging off gives this look some edge that counters the girliness in the top. For shoes, this Fashionista chose a trendy pair of vans sneakers that are comfortable for walking to and from class. To get these sneakers, check out this website.

So while we may be constantly busy with school and extracurricular activities and in a rush to make it to class, it doesn’t mean that we have to compromise convenience and comfort with style. This Fashionista shows us how to look effortlessly ready for class!
