WHAT TO WEAR: Rooftop Brunching

After some very unpredictable Boston weather it seems like the warm weather is finally here to stay! All of a sudden everyone is looking for the best rooftops and patios to enjoy a mimosa (or two) with friends because, let’s be real, who doesn’t love brunch? Boston University is located in the perfect area to explore the city with so many great restaurants around.

I ran into this Fashionista, who was heading to Coppersmith in South Boston on a Saturday morning. Her look was so fun and feminine, perfect for the springtime and a sunny rooftop, of course. The best part is she found her dress on sale at Necessary Clothing in NYC for under $20.

The white dress adds a fresh look, perfect for a sunny morning. Combined with the off-the-shoulder sleeves and ruffles, it transforms from a simple white dress into a stylish wardrobe essential for any occasion. The built-in choker gives the current choker craze a twist and makes it extra trendy with enough details that few accessories are needed. I am obsessed with finding unique chokers, so I think this combination is genius.

The addition of the gold sandals are the perfect pop of color to complement the dress. Of course, you can’t go to a roof top without a cute pair of sunglasses, so her oversize Quay Australia aviators are the perfect rose gold shade to complement the girly look. I am definitely going to try to find a similar dress to wear all summer. I hope this inspires you guys when it comes to your next rooftop adventures!
