ACCESSORIES REPORT: Let’s Get Casual

Accessories Report

For most college students, myself included, the casual look consists of baggy sweatpants and a sweatshirt. Due to our busy schedules, fashion is not always at the top of our priority list, but there’s no reason why you can’t be casual and stylish. This Fashionista is the perfect example of this with her relaxed and easy-going style. One way to improve a laid back outfit is to add accessories to it, which is exactly what this Fashionista did. Her outfit is filled with accessories and the one that caught my eye the most is the loose knitted hat.

This Fashionista’s knitted hat effortlessly matches her knitted cardigan and white undershirt. One thing that makes her outfit complete is the consistency from head to toe. Her knitted hat is loose, she left her hair wavy, her scarf is flowing and her jeans and cardigan are loose, which allows her to be comfortable, yet fashionable. There are hats for each and every style. If you’re dressed in a sportier look for class a great hat to wear would be your favorite baseball cap. On the other hand, if you’re spending the day at a picnic or the racetrack try wearing a sun hat with a floral sun dress. If you’re looking for a knitted hat like this Fashionista’s, check out the ones at PacSun. Hats are also help prevent skin cancer and cover your bedhead! I used to hate the high school rule of not being able to wear hats in class, but one perk about college is that professors don’t care about them! So take advantage of this freedom and try sporting a hat no matter what kind it is!
