Stylin' It Simple

School is over, summer is finally here and we’re starting it off with an easy, breezy outfit! Where I live, the hot weather hasn’t made its grand entrance yet. The days are still springy and cooler (not to mention, rainy), so jeans and booties are still in the running for your perfect ensemble.

This Fashionista created a simple, yet stylish outfit that will allow you to stay comfortable in the current weather. She paired a staple piece, a light white blouse, with grey ripped jeans. The blouse is long sleeved so it will allow you to stay warm when it’s cooler out, but the lightness of the material will allow you to breathe. Ripped jeans are also perfect for that in-between cool weather, such as spring to summer and summer to fall. If you don’t want to spend a pretty penny on a simple blouse or new ripped jeans, try out your local thrift store! You can always D.I.Y. your own ripped jeans, and they always have a large selection of womens’ blouses to choose from.

To add a bit of detail to the look, she incorporated a personalized, but simple gold plated necklace. This brought a little something to the open neck of the blouse without overdoing it. Along with the necklace, she included rounded gold sunglasses to accessorize the look more, but still keeping that simple feel. She topped off her look with black leather ankle booties.

This look can be changed up for the hot weather coming, but still focusing on the primary piece in the outfit, the white blouse. The blouse paired with denim shorts and a cute pair of sandals would be a perfect beach day fit. You could even incorporate a pair of statement sunglasses or a hat. There are so many ways to wear one article of clothing, you just have to be creative. Get your money’s worth out of your clothes!
