STYLE GURU STYLE: Urban Goddess

Every season, Moschino features garments that express women as chic beings, and the fall 2015 ready-to-wear collection did just that! Inspired by the streets of New York, designer Jeremy Scott defines the urban woman in the Moschino fall 2015 ready-to-wear collection. Featuring jersey dresses, puffer jackets, metallic jewelry and graphics in tops, dresses and outerwear, this collection is definitely one for the books! Embracing the feminine culture of the ‘90s, this Moschino collection demonstrates the sexy, fun and chic aspects of urban life.

The fall 2015 ready-to-wear collection was filled with graphic designs! Featuring graphically designed tops, jackets, jersey dresses and gowns covered with graffiti, designer Jeremy Scott utilizes graphic designs in this collection like no other. The use of graphics in this collection is really amazing and unique in my opinion, as graphics are a major part of urban culture. In today’s urban culture, graphics can be found in many different forms, whether it’s for a music performance, nail art or even wall art.

With the world around us being consumed in graphic designs, when heading out to one of the many music concerts of the summer, it felt almost natural to incorporate graphics into my look. When preparing for musical festivals and concerts, every Fashionista/o knows that being comfortable and fashionable equals a RAD look for the evening! Aiming to achieve this level of what it means to be RAD, I wore a graphic muscle tank top, destructed denim capris and white Nike sneakers. In order to keep the music festival feel to my look, I accessorized with a metallic arm cuff, a gold headband and a neon bag. Inspired by the urban feel of the Moschino fall 2015 ready-to-wear collection, my look made me feel and look like an Urban Goddess for a night filled with fun and great music!

Get My Look: 1. Graphic T-shirt/tank top. 2. Metallic accessories. 3. Sneakers.
