Finally spring is here and the weather is beautiful! We all can finally pull out our favorite warm weather items or store away our bulky winter sweaters. Spring is my personal favorite season. I feel like I can express my personal taste better in warm weather clothing.
Every single piece of my wardrobe is different. Some of my pieces are my go-to black outfits. They are easy to put together and you will always look classy. However, now that it’s spring, I feel like I can let my colors show. One show that inspired me was the Marni fall 2016 ready-to-wear show. Yes, it is a fall line. However, with a few changes Marni‘s trumpet style tops and sleeves can easily be reinvented for the spring. The light fabric makes the top easy to breathe, but the quarter-length sleeve keeps you covered enough to stay warm. This spin from the fall collection will make it perfect for the beautiful spring weather.
In my look, I am wearing the same trumpet style sleeve but my top has a different pattern that makes it more tasteful for the spring. I paired this boho top with a plain blue jean. I also matched my brown leather shoulder bag with my strappy sandals.
The spring weather can be very unpredictable. The jean keeps you a little warmer as the wind starts to pick up. Also, the shirt’s loose fit and light fabric keeps you from getting too hot. From head to toe, this outfit is perfect for your average spring day.
