Hello there! This is Alison, and I thought I would share with you all about my personal style. One of my favorite outfits is seen in the pictures above. I have fallen in love with the look of a classic circle skirt. Whenever I put one on, I feel a little more dressed up from when I wear just my regular skinny jeans. I think the circle skirt adds a little more elegance without going overboard when you want to look nice. This look didn’t take a lot of effort, so I hope that you can find it useful and maybe apply it to your wardrobe!
The circle skirt I am wearing in this picture is a tan corduroy material, which is a huge plus. The corduroy makes the structure of the skirt really sturdy, so I find that the skirt falls in that circle form instead of deflating throughout the day. It also adds detail to the outfit so I don’t have to add tons of other accessories to my look. The skirt really does pull together the whole outfit. A black, long sleeve crop top is another must-have in my wardrobe. I have always found that having basics like this black crop top can be a lifesaver when throwing together an outfit—especially when you don’t have time to try a bunch of different options on.
To finish off this outfit, I threw on some black opaque tights, black ankle boots (can you tell I like black?), and a few vintage pieces of jewelry and I’m done!
