STYLE GURU STYLE: Spring Has Sprung

The weather is heating up and the flowers are blooming. While the season is changing, so is style. What better way to showcase the oncoming season than through floral patterns and vivid colors? Patricia Bonaldi gives us a distinct glimpse into the spring with her secondary line PatBo. What caught my eye about her line first, was the bright colors. Bonaldi chose bright oranges and blues, but also had unique black and white pieces. Being a floral addict, I was instantly taken by her floral pieces. If one pattern was to signify the warmer seasons, floral is just that.

To pay homage to PatBo, I chose my own floral combination for spring. From looking through her line, I noticed that Bonaldi had a unique arrangement of pieces. Some of her pieces were vivid with colors and floral patterns while others with plain with a distinctive cut. I chose to wear a mix of both. My floral shorts gave enough pattern for my look to say, “springtime.” I wore a pastel pink leather jacket and plain white cut-off T-shirt that matched perfectly with them. Add some black heels and I was decked out for spring!

Patricia Bonaldi’s PatBo line has some of the ideal looks for the springtime. Bonaldi’s line gives Fashionistas the option of keeping it simple and chic or colorful and carefree. I took inspiration and combined both! I loved my color scheme and can’t wait to try out more Bonaldi insprired looks.
