Two words that would describe my personal style is minimal and neutral. I love the simplistic ways of dressing in neutral colors because you can never go wrong with it! The aesthetic of neutral colors brings the most of my outfit and is one of the significant reasons why I like to dress to the nines.
For this look I’m wearing your basic colors: white, black, and denim blue. This outfit is similar to what I would wear on an everyday basis because it is comfortable and stylish. Like this outfit, you’d catch me wearing mom jeans or boyfriend jeans paired with a tucked-in sweater (similar) or T-shirt. Being only 5’1, I like to wear sock booties (similar) in order to accentuate my legs. I think these shoes are perfect with mom jeans because they give the illusion of being taller than usual. As an outerwear, I decided to wear a long knit coat (similar) to add dimension for this look. It’s the perfect addition for this California winter weather. For the details to pop out, I wore a black bohemian belt and a gold name necklace that complement each other. This look is effortless but gives off the impression of dressing up.
Dressing up in a minimal style is perfect for everyone, especially for those who love a simply styled look. I believe all men and women can pull off dressing up minimally with neutral colors! It’s just a matter of putting your own sense of style to make it your own.
